The Washington Emergency Squad Toy Drive Committee would like to thank everyone who donated this holiday season to the toy drive, including the businesses that allowed us to place a drop off bin and flyers in their windows to advertise.
A special thank you goes out to the Washington Borough Fire Department for donating their time to help us deliver the toys and to the Washington Township Fire Department for their generous donation.
The Toy Drive Committee would also like to thank all the 83 Rescue members that volunteered their time to sort, box and deliver toys. This was a team effort and was successful because of all your help and commitment to our community.
We received an overwhelming amount of donations and gifts this year and were able to provide toys and clothing to over 65 families this holiday season.
Again, we thank everyone involved in making this 2008 Toy Drive a success!
